Frequently Asked Questions

How early should I book?
We accept reservations approximately one year in advance however most clients book 3-6 months in advance. Some clients have booked on short notice with as little as a few days before the event. But everything depends on availability. If you are planning an event on a Saturday evening, we recommend booking as soon as you can because this is the most requested day.

How much space do you need?
A 10’ x 10’ area is ideal however we can scale it down if needed.


What type of electricity does the photo booth need?
We just need a standard 110vac outlet and would like to be located within 30′ of electricity. If the photo booth will be located further than 30′ from electricity, please notify us so we can bring additional extension cords

Does your photo booth have both color and black & white?
Yes. Our booths come with an interactive Live Touch-Screen monitor that lets each guest select between "Black and White" or "Color" photos.


What is the deposit fee?
A $150 deposit fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your photo booth.

Are there additional Travel Fees?
There are no travel fees unless your event location is more than 50 miles outside of the 15601 zip code of Greensburg, PA. Mileage Fee is $0.57/mile after 50 miles.

Can I send photos directly to my phone/email?
Yes, our photo booth is capable of sending photos directly to your guests via text/email. We love this feature! Send photos instantly to your phones and upload directly to your favorite social media sites. Don’t forget to tag us @remembertheday

How long does it take to set up the photo booth?
Our booths typically take about 30-45 minutes to set up, but always arrive at least one hour before contracted start time. We can arrive up to 90 minutes early with no additional cost. If you would like us to arrive earlier we can. Early arrival time is $50/hour, prorated.
